Dear reader, welcome to Rewrite Label
At 19, I was drowning in debt and depression, wearing labels that never quite fit. By 31, I’d transformed my life—lost 50kg, became debt-free, graduated cum laude, and finally understood why: I have AuDHD.
The breakthrough wasn’t about fixing myself. It was about understanding how my brain actually works and building systems that honor it.
Now I share what I’ve learned—the honest struggles, the practical frameworks, and the journey of unmasking—so other neurodivergent adults can find their own path to authentic living.

Rewrite My Label: Blog
I always felt the urge to share my story. Not because it’s special. Because it’s relatable. Always masking, being misunderstood, not being able to feel save. It’s something that is sadly very relatable. That’s why I started to write about it. Both in the hope to create a community feeling and to help others. I’m nowhere near done with my unmasking and growth journey, but I did make great steps over the years. I will share all different kind of blog posts about my own story and tools and resources I used to get here. Hope you enjoy and know you’re not alone!

Tools & Resources to help you Rewrite your own Labels
Over the years I tried many things to gain control of my AuDHD. But never really work with it. I read books, watched video’s and followed so many different types of advice that I lost count. Did they work? Some did, but only for a short amount of time. Most of these resources are focused on the neurotypical brain. About 5 years ago I started implementing tools and resources that focused on my specific needs. I started to collect a list of what worked and what might work for you too.
Notice I say might. Not everything works for me either. Our brains are still different enough that some needs require different tools or resources.
Try them out, or share your own! All I hope is that we can all find a bit more happiness in this chaotic world of ours.
